There are so many…I also forgot The Founders from DS9 (one of my favorite shows, ever and the best Trek show period. Am not arguing it). So I suppose a part 3 is inevitable….

This whole discussion is kind of interesting. Even nowadays, you also see the reverse, sometimes: good (or relatively good) blonde and bad (or relatively bad) brunette. See Renee Zellweger and Catherine Zeta-Jones in “Chicago” or Sarah Michelle Gellar and Eliza Dushku on “Buffy the Vampire Slayer.”
Also, it should be noted that some of your examples, like “Kill Bill” and “Hey Arnold!” have blond(e) main characters as well as a blonde antagonist.
Oh, and then you have several other examples with Sean Bean, such as Patriot
Games and National Treasure.

Don’t recall a blonde villian in X. But if that’s the case it was balanced out by the good ginger, X himself.
The character I’m thinking of wasn’t a main character by any stretch, just a slut/temptress who was a bad influence on the title character.
(And it’s been a while… I’m fairly sure the woman was blonde but I would have to watch again to check.)
I want to comment that in Xena Gabrielle was blond and that Callisto became evil because of Xena and they redeemed her in the end by acknowledging that her actions had bad consequences and as a heroine she needed to recognize that.

Inconclusived they share a couple of kisses but the context was always ambiguous they did loved each other and were soulmates,as Joxer was to a lesser extend, but they did desired each others sexually? They never said and the implication was always thin. I personally though the show was beyond that but then people need their ships don’t they?

Pretty simple – Jews control Hollywood, therefore the “Aryan” looking blondes are the villains. When was the last time you saw a Jewish villain???

At least, I’m assuming he’s Jewish. I generally regard characters with potentially Jewish names, or who are played by Jewish actors, as Jewish even if they don’t explicitly state that the character is Jewish.
Mixing up light brown hair with blond hair and red hair is pretty strange. It’s what the power elite does.
I was going to mention majority of the people you listed are not blonde.
But then I saw “Stiffler” from American Pie. It makes sense. The main character is Jewish. His grandmother calls the “red headed” future wife of the jew character a “goy.”
Not really Hollywood, but from the anime series Dragonball: General Blue, a pedophile and a homosexual.
